Building

Given its name it may come as a surprise that it was located on Calder Street (!), roughly at the foot of Hill 60 known as Calder Drive (!!) and was sited in a field called Beer Fauld in an area known as the High Parks of Calderhaugh (!!!). The maps of its layout show it adjacent to a field numbered 1415. The photograph the Location gallery taken in 1984 shows a house at the foot of Calder Drive. The house is located in this field. The property partially in view on the right is Calderpark Cottage which is shown on the maps. This was once owned by our uncle Tom and prior to that by the family Stevenson who bought it from the Holmes's.
