I've asked Rev Ford about this but no-one mentioned this change while he was in charge. If you know the answer send me a message. I've come to wonder if it might be an "optical illusion". That what looks like a mullion separating two windows is actually just a small upright perhaps creating a shelf for something to sit upon.
